What counts as an "active" project?
Any open, in-progress job. The moment you click "Close" on a job, we generate a final PDF — estimate, change orders, signed documents, photo index — and the slot frees up for a new job under your tier. Archived projects don't count against your limit, ever.
Are my closed jobs really free to keep forever?
Yes, on every tier. Final PDFs stay in storage at no cost. Raw photo and document attachments either move to cold storage or get deleted on archive — your choice, per project.
Do my subs really not pay anything?
Correct. Subcontractors, architects, designers, homeowners, and read-only viewers are unlimited and free at every tier, including Free. They get full access to the jobs you invite them to.
What if I hit the storage or email cap?
You almost certainly won't — the caps are sized for abusive free users, not honest ones. If you do, we'll tell you well before it matters and offer either a top-up or a tier change.
Do you take a cut on payments?
No platform fee. You connect your own Stripe account and funds settle directly to you. Stripe charges its standard 2.9% + 30¢. We never see the money.
Can I cancel?
Any time, no fees. Your archived projects stay accessible on a free read-only account so you keep your project history forever — even if you stop paying.
